Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your books. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

1. Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Books must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality reasons, books that have been written in, marked, or visibly used cannot be returned.

3. How to request a return

Email suryanshhsh02@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. Our team will respond within 48 hours with next steps.

4. Return shipping

For damaged or wrong items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued to a bank account you provide.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the return policy above applies.
